David V. Skinner graduated from the University of Southern California in 1982 and Southwestern University School of Law in 1985. Mr. Skinner is admitted to the State Bar of California (#123426) and Federal Court for the Central District of California. For over 20 years, Mr. David Skinner has focused his practice on collection matters and business related civil disputes with further emphasis of creditor rights and remedies. He represents creditors throughout the world pursuing collection of business related debts and retail debt for business and individuals based in Southern California.  Mr. Skinner has extensive experience negotiating settlements of claims and pursuing matters to trial. Often, additional steps are required to enforce judgments when limited assets of the debtor are available.

Mr. David Skinner is a long time member of several trade organizations including the Commercial Law League of America and is a member of the board of directors for the International Association of Commercial Collectors.

Mr. David Skinner is also an avid writer and has published many articles in the collection field. Mr. Skinner also often teaches collection related seminars and is a speaker at many trade related gatherings.
