Daniel E. Skinner graduated from the University of Southern California in 1982 and Southwestern University School of Law in 1985. He is admitted to the State Bar of California (#123425) and Federal Court for the Central District of California. For over 20 years, Mr. Skinner has focused his practice on civil litigation matters and serious bodily injury claims. He represents businesses in the enforcement of business rights when wronged or subject to breach of contract actions. He also represents individuals and families involved in bodily injury and property damage claims against insurance companies and their adjusters. Mr. Skinner also manages the consulting and mediation service that offers shadow work ups and mediation services to other attorneys in Orange County.

Mr. Skinner is a former Senior Research Attorney with the Orange County Superior Court. His responsibilities at the court included performing research assignments for the Superior Court Judicial Officers. He has read, researched and summarized thousands of law and motion papers and for each one has prepared a summary review for the Judicial Officer to assist in his or her ultimate ruling on the matter.

Mr. Skinner is the former chairperson of the Education Committee for the Orange County Bar Association. He is a member and section chair of the Ferguson Inn of Court and is a long time member of Business Network International and Toastmasters. He has previously served as a Temporary Judge and Arbitrator for the Orange County Superior Court.  He has written numerous articles on the trial process and is a frequent lecturer at bar association meetings and professional seminars.
